Terms & Conditions
By entering and using the premises of Top Notch Club, all guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Restriction
Entry is strictly permitted only to individuals 21 years of age and above. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at the time of entry.
2. Right of Admission
The management of Top Notch Club reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or remove any individual without assigning any reason.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited within the premises:
- Firearms, weapons, or ammunition of any kind
- Drugs, narcotics, or illegal substances
- Tobacco products, chewing gum, and open cigarette packets
- Violation of this policy may result in denial of entry or immediate removal from the premises.
4. Security Checks
All guests must undergo mandatory security frisking, including bag and wallet checks. Full cooperation with security personnel is required at all times.
5. Entry Policy
Stag entry is subject to the discretion of Top Notch Club management and may be restricted.
Re-entry is not permitted once a guest exits the premises.
6. Dress Code
Guests must adhere to a smart casual dress code.
For men, open footwear, slippers, and sandals are strictly not permitted.
7. Conduct and Behaviour
Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour at all times. Any misbehaviour, harassment, or disruption towards staff or other patrons may result in immediate removal and/or permanent ban from Top Notch Club.
8. Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas within the premises.
9. Damage to Property
Any damage to the property of Top Notch Club, whether intentional or accidental, shall be charged to the concerned guest on the spot.
10. Dance Floor Etiquette
Guests must maintain proper decorum and discipline on the dance floor and within all common areas.
11. Security Restrictions
Personal security guards, bodyguards, or weapons are not allowed inside the premises under any circumstances.
12. Outside Food and Beverages
Bringing outside food or beverages into Top Notch Club or any associated outlets is strictly prohibited.
13. Personal Belongings
The management of Top Notch Club shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings anywhere within the premises.
14. Responsible Consumption
Guests are advised to drink and party responsibly. The management reserves the right to refuse service or take appropriate action to ensure safety and compliance.
15. Legal Disclaimer
Top Notch Club reserves the right to change these terms at any time as per applicable laws in Odisha.
By entering the premises, guests agree to follow all club rules and management decisions.
Top Notch Club is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused due to personal negligence, misconduct, or intoxication.
All services are provided in line with the Odisha Excise Act and local regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
